Israel Martinez Guitar (Rock, Latin, Jazz, Blues) Electric Bass
Israel (Izzy) Martinez brings a wealth of musical knowledge and performance experience to his students. He has a Bachelor of Ethnomusicology from the National School of Music at the National Autonomous University of Mexico and a Diploma of Jazz Music specializing in guitar from the Superior School of Music at the Institute of fine Arts of Mexico. Izzy has performed in Festivals across Mexico and Europe and can be seen performing locally in Ottawa with a wide variety of musical groups playing Rock, Reggae, Jazz, Blues, Pop, Folk and Latin.
